Kidz Club & Bridge (Children’s Ministry)

Here at Harvest, we strive to instruct children (ages 4-11) in the fundamental Biblical truths while maintaining a “whimsical” approach, showing them that knowing Christ can be fun! Children learn through hands-on training, missions projects, crafts and music/performance. We are also excited about our plans to start a Puppet Ministry with an emphasis on teaching the children about “manners.” And a new “Kids Helping Kids” greeters program is now being implemented. We offer Sunday Morning Christian Education Classes at 9:30am for kids based on the childs age.

Every Sunday following praise and worship with the corporate body, the children are dismissed to participate in their time of learning and worship during Children’s Church. We are interested in increasing the children’s spiritual maturity and growth as they are taught to pray and praise. We will also be teaching about communion with more opportunities to receive the communion elements.

Vacation Bible School is staged each year with a daily opening assembly that includes high energy children’s worship, plus a boys’ and girls’ penny contest, followed by fun Bible lessons, games and crafts that involve children ages 3 to 19. In addition, outside activities include events such as an Apple Orchard Tour, Easter Egg Hunt, Heifer International “Read to Feed,” and more!
